So they key is to either do something really bold using vibrant color or really attack the walls in an unpredictable way. We attempted to do a little of both here by creating a “salon wall” comprised of a diverse grouping of framed charcoal drawings in black, white and gold, laid out in a random, but orderly way. The room is punctuated by shots of blue in the acrylic dining chairs seats, a bold vibrant color we carried over from the foyer’s lacquered blue walls.
