Happy Monday friends! I’m one week post-op from my tonsillectomy, and still struggling! I tend to get very frustrated during times like this where I need to give my body time to recover. I’ve never been good at resting, and am definitely not great at sitting still. So it’s always a good exercise for me to learn to be still, to practice giving myself grace, and to let others take care of me.
Despite the frustrations, I’m feeling so thankful! Thankful for friends and family who have taken care of me and showered love on me. Thankful for clients who have been so understanding, and thankful for a job doing what I love 💗
And thankful I’ll never have to get my tonsils removed again. Celebrating with a fun before + after! 😆
