Another upholstery project 6 dining chairs now complete, I removed the original caning from the back of the chairs (2 had damage) padded them and recovered in the same fabric as my french armchairs, the plan was to have a different fabric but as the chairs sit back to back I decided to compliment them. I’ve always felt this room was quite sterile but the addition of some floral fabrics and the fireplace it’s really looking cozy.
