SUNDAY SNUGGLES / I have really enjoyed letting myself actually relax a little today! I’ve had such a busy few weeks, with more yet to come so I decided to give myself some down time and allow myself to actually chill out. Needless to say I have been a little restless, getting on with some house chores & popping out to do some food shopping - I genuinely find it hard to just sit still... My mind never stops! I had a lovely long lay in (9:30am!) this morning though, and Digby was all for the Sunday snuggles - he’s such a cuddly dog which I absolutely LOVE. He makes for the best teddy bear (and hot water bottle when it’s cold!😂). It’s so so important to allow yourself to reenergise. Easier said than done and I am the last one to take that advice BUT I know for the rest of the week now I am going to be twice and productive because I’ve had some much needed rest.
