This bathroom was originally a half bath in this home. Additional space was built on to this bathroom which allowed plenty of space for a waterproof Hydro Block shower system to be installed. These shower systems come with a lifetime warranty, and are always an excellent choice. Accessories in this shower include a ceiling mounted shower head, a corner bench, and a shampoo box. . . All of the tile in is Carrara Mable- most of which is sourced from Carrara, Italy! The variation in this natural stone adds uniqueness and richness to the energy of this room. The Stone tiles and Mosaics were selected from Floor & Décor in Rocklin, CA, and were sealed with Stone Tech sealer. . . What you don’t see here are the heated floors in this space. Heated floors are controlled via a thermostat that is installed into a wall in or near the room. These thermostats allow for programming and easy adjusting. Not only can radiant heating be installed in your bathroom, but it can also be installed into the shower area as well. A luxurious amenity. . . We made sure to make this design come to life. We also made sure that all permits and codes were up to date. This particular project required new electrical outlets and a new bath fan.
