When a shower floods and ruins the bathroom and hardwood floors in the adjoining rooms, your kids get a new bathroom (even though you were just about to start on renovating your own bathđ). The curtain finally came in today so I thought I would share our latest project. But can I say it is really hard to get bathroom pictures?!? I still have a few touches I want to add but so far Iâm really pleased with this modern touch to our home!
Thank you to Tom Becker for working as our contractor through a nightmare of an âeasy renoâ đ. We made it and we are all still friends! He didnât flinch when I showed him the chevron on vertical subway pattern for the shower tile and he didnât run when I asked him to pull out the rounded edge window trim and build it out to match the door trim we installed in the house a couple years ago. Heâs a champ!
My sweet hubby added height and rebuilt the crown at the top of the cabinets even though I had him redo it twice. Love you, babe!
We had great cabinetry (new doors/drawer fronts), electrical, and plumbing crews. And of course @dgcarrascoflooring_llc put in those gorgeous marble countertops!
The high sided, clean line tub was a PAIN to wait on but worth it! It as well as the shower and sink fixtures were ordered from @homedepot. Pulls and knobs from Morrison Supply in Midland. Mirrors from Amazon.
My favorite addition is the @visualcomfort sconce from @perch_midland.
Maybe one of these days I will finally get to rip out the master bath that I have never liked. I can dream.
