I found this photo of a “wheelchair accessible” bathroom on a website that belongs to, what looks like, an accessibility consulting firm. I think consulting firms like this one, which obviously doesn’t understand accessibility needs, could explain some pretty awful “wheelchair accessible” bathrooms in hotels. A firm like this probably gets a contract based on their ‘expertise’ and does a number of hotels within the same chain. Sigh... A person would have to have pretty LONG arms to reach water controls.
