About Yrsa Dobbel

Yrsa Dobbel is een virtuele dobbelsteen die speciaal ontwikkeld is voor jongeren met ernstige lichamelijk handicaps. Doordat zij de dobbelsteen zelf kunnen bedienen, kunnen ze actief deelnemen aan gezamelijk spel.

Dobbel kan ingezet worden tijdens spel en/of therapie (o.a. actie-reactie). Er zijn Dobbels met stippen, kleuren en vormen. In de nabije toekomst wordt dit nog aangevuld met de mogelijkheid om Dobbels met eigen afbeeldingen/foto’s toe te voegen.

Yrsa Dobbel is ontwikkeld in het kader van de actie Ik Ga EMB! (http://www.ikgaemb.nl).
Yrsa Dice is a virtual cube that has been specially designed for young people with severe physical disabilities. Because they can control the dice themselves, they can actively participate in communal game.

Dice can be used during play and / or therapy (among action-reaction). There are Dobbels with dots, colors and shapes. In the near future, this is complemented by the ability to add Dobbels with own images / photos.
